Home R has two rooms with a full private bath on the second floor of the home. It has a private entrance on the left side of the house.

It is located in a quiet family neighborhood, but also has several fine dining options within walking distance. It is easily accessible to the University of Louisville, Churchill Downs, as well as to downtown Louisville. Directly across the street from the home is a lovely park with a children’s playground. On-street parking is readily available.

It offers a full private bath, plus the second floor is on its own temperature control thermostat.

One bedroom has a queen bed with walk-in closet.

The other room has the option of two twin beds, or a daybed, and it has a walk-in closet as well.

This room also has an expandable dining table with chairs, coffee maker, microwave, toaster over, and dorm room-style refrigerator. The monitor plays DVDs, but is not attached to cable.
