Group meetings will not be allowed in the church building or in the courtyard. Therefore, the office administrator is to deny any requests from church groups or outside groups to use the building.
-
The office administrator will keep a record of building use requests and report request information to the BUC and Board of Trustees at the end of each month.
-
Exceptions to the above group building use restrictions include the following: Sunday service team (e.g., tech personnel, Board greeter, worship associate, minister, musician), Central Louisville Community Ministries (CLCM), Fresh Stop Market, Kentucky Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice (KRCRC), and medics for protest rallies (storage use only — no meeting of medic personnel allowed).
-
Individuals or groups under ten (10) may enter the church for specific work that they do in and around the building as Board of Trustees or Ministry Council directed tasks (e.g., church staff, building and grounds team, yard clean up team, office volunteer, treasurer).
-
Masks and social distancing are mandatory for anyone coming on to the premises (on the porch and in the courtyard or entering the building).
-
These guidelines will remain in effect until the situation with the COVID pandemic improves and the Board of Trustees decides to make changes in this policy.
