Stories About Men Standing Up for Racial and Gender Fairness
Where: First Unitarian Courtyard and on Zoom – Hybrid Event
What: Join us to share stories about the many different ways that men have taken a stand to ensure that their minority, female, and trans allies are treated fairly and with dignity. What incidents in your life have shown this willingness to commit to fairness?
Objectives: (1) To collect stories about things men do/have done to make a difference in our families and community and (2) to develop connections with other allies in achieving more social justice.
Who: Members and friends of First Unitarian Church of Louisville of all genders and races are urged to attend and share stories about men who have acted to make a difference.
Storytellers: You are invited to share a 5-minute story in-person or remotely. Contact Brian Daly at [email protected] for a time slot.
