During this past year our congregation has engaged in numerous activities that have reflected our alliance with BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and recognition of the continued need to fight against racial injustice.  At our upcoming Annual Meeting on June 6th we will vote whether or not to adopt the 8th Principle and thus incorporate it into the existing 7 Principles that guide and reflect our mission and values.

In an effort to hold ourselves accountable to the process of thorough and sincere discernment about this important decision, there will be three zoom discussion group opportunities for us to further explore and discuss questions/concerns about this decision.  Feel free to attend as many as you’d like, but please attend at least one if possible.  Otherwise, contact Rev. Lori to view a recording of a session or to inquire with her about your questions.

To assist you in preparation for our discussions, here is an 8th Principle FAQ and Discussion Questions.
See you at one of the groups!

In faith,
Rev. Lori
