The board and personnel committee are inviting members of the congregation to join us in conversation about the ways and means we ensure the church has a strategy for making employer commitments to our staff team, comprehensive compensation packages and other items critical to supporting the people who keep the church functioning over the next four years.
REMOTE MEETING: This meeting will be held on zoom, so plan on logging out after coffee hour, getting a snack or stretching your legs and then settling back in to join us online. DO NOT show up at church, no one will be there to let you in. We will have a crew of folks behind the scenes on the church zoom keeping voting polls running, the conversation moving along and all our technical situations smoothed out.
PROXY VOTING: If you are unable to attend and wish to submit a proxy vote, (have someone vote on your behalf) please click here to complete the E-Proxy form and email it to the Board Secretary.
The deadline is Friday, March 12 at 8pm to turn in your proxy paperwork and get it approved.

- WAGE JUSTICE MOTION: information presentation, conversation and questions and a motion and vote to adopt strategy
- Straw polls about other strategic initiatives that may include funding the ministry council, the building capital reserves, and the UUA fair share commitments.
