For First U family and friends, First U is offering a Thanksgiving Dinner on Thanksgiving Day at church, complete with turkey and fixin’s.

Jane and Tim Buckley will be roasting the turkey, and everyone else brings the fixin’s — side dishes and desserts.

Doors open at 1 pm and dinner is served between 2 and 3 (whenever the turkey is done, always a bit of guesswork involved).
