Poet Maya Angelou once said, “It takes courage to be kind.” She also said, “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” How does our willingness to be present guide us in our kindness? How does presence inform our courage? Join us for this worship service as we explore these questions together. There also may be a few lessons from one, Charlie Brown, one of my favorite theologians.
