We celebrate Lammas, the loaf mass,(also called Lughnasadh {lew-ness-ah}) in traditional Circle format as we honor the August 1st holiday, albeit 2 days early. This holiday marks the bounty of the grain harvest, which, for us urban dwellers manifests as the successes in our own lives. Now as the sun begins its journey to the south, we will acknowledge our successes, our personal harvest, by returning a bit of these blessings to the earth and our community.
Experience drawing of the Circle, meditation, energy raising, holiday ritual, and more.
This service, open to all, is organized by our Covenant of Unitarian Universalist Pagans. This is a family friendly event.
