This Sunday we begin our exploration of salvation and wholeness. The concept of salvation is typically associated with religious beliefs but we live in a generally secular society that does not place emphasis on religious matters (or, as UU’s would say, things of the Spirit). As people of faith, we recognize the value that this faith brings to our lives. However, we often do not proactively share our faith with others due to a reluctance to proselytize. On this Sunday Rev. Lori will explore what it means to be Unitarian Universalist, and where our faith fits into the larger community (especially during challenging times such as a pandemic).
