Sharing the generosity of Sanctuary

Thanks to the generosity of many strangers and friends who supported the Justice movement and First Unitarian Church of Louisville during the protests, First Unitarian is awarding grants to build a diverse multicultural community that accountably dismantles racism and other oppressions in ourselves and our institutions.

A second round for grants is underway; the window for applications opens on March 15 and closes March 30, 2022.

This program, with an original allotment of $25,000 in the Sanctuary Fund, will distribute grants between $250 to $5,000 that encourage social and racial justice while involving the broader community and First Unitarian Church. If you know of an organization the can benefit from this program, please  reach out to them and encourage them to apply.
