At First Unitarian Church, we are open and affirming, and believe that love is love. We accept you and your partner as your whole selves, as you are, regardless of your race, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity.

We offer three basic packages:

 

Package 1: Small wedding, no reception, 30 or fewer guests.

This package includes your choice of ceremony space, two getting ready rooms, and the building supervisor for four (4) hours. This package has a base price of $700.

 

Package 2: Large wedding, no reception, up to 200 guests.

This package includes your choice of ceremony space, two getting ready rooms, building supervisor for four (4) hours, and basic clean up. This package has a base price of $850.

 

Package 3: Large wedding and reception, up to 170 guests.

This package includes the entire first floor and the wedding suite (choir room), building supervisor, and basic clean up from 8:00 AM till 11:00 PM. This package has a base price of $4200.

 

*Custom packages based on your individual needs are also available.

 

What comes with my package?

  • All packages include access to available tables and metal folding chairs
  • Free onsite parking on weekends (when available, please confirm)
  • Operations Coordinator (or qualified Church representative)
  • Access to the entire church grounds for photography

 

The following services are available at an additional cost:

  • Kitchen access (included in Package 3)
  • Sound system (includes staff)
  • Piano (plus first right of refusal for staff musicians)
  • Organ (plus first right of refusal for staff musicians)
  • Projector system (includes staff)
  • Wall opening
  • Layout change
  • Rehearsal 
  • Officiant package

 

 

We DO have an open vendor policy.

We DO allow alcoholic beverages with the presence of a licensed bartender and liability insurance (license and insurance must be submitted to the Operations Coordinator before your big day).
