The Nursery is open for babies and pre-k from 9:30am-12:15pm on Sundays. Please complete one registration form for each child you would like to participate in Religious Exploration in the coming year. This includes the nursery.
 

Music
This week, Ethan and our Choir are singing with the joint UU Choir at All Peoples. As you recall, All Peoples joined our choir here  recently. We plan to do more collaborations in the future.  We look forward to hearing music by Kyle Ellison, John Scruton, and Lisa Willner as they lead the music part of the service at First U.

The Big Blue Basket – Please donate food for the food pantry at CLCM’s affiliate food pantry next door at Calvary Episcopal Church. Items especially needed are peanut butter, pasta and sauce, canned meat/fish, soups, breakfast cereal….but all items are gratefully accepted. Let’s fill that Big Blue Basket.

November 16: The Five Smooth Stones (Part 1 of 6)
On Sunday we will begin a non-consecutive, intermittent six-part series of stand-alone sessions on the Five Smooth Stones of Unitarian Universalism, as spelled out in an historic (and also highly academic and ponderous) sermon (lecture?) by the prominent 20th century UU theologian James Luther Adams whose birthday is November 12 (1901-1994). (Yes, 6 parts: an overview (this Sunday) plus one session for each of the 5 stones)
